A kitchen designed for a VW Transporter follows the Transporter’s walls and wheel arches; a bed system for a Fiat Ducato uses the Ducato’s exact width. That’s why we’re building our campervan furniture kits by van model — so the fit is right from the first panel, with no rough-cutting, no filling gaps, and no fighting furniture that was never made for your vehicle. Why furniture is designed by van model
Every van is a different shape inside. Wheel arch positions, wall curves, roof height, floor length and window placement all change from one model to the next — and even within a model, wheelbase and roof height give you different dimensions again. Generic furniture ignores all of that and hopes it fits closely enough. Furniture designed to a specific model works with the van’s actual geometry: lockers follow the roof line, the bed uses the full width between the arches, the kitchen fits the wall it sits against. Cut on a CNC machine to that design, the result is a precise, repeatable fit every time.

Volkswagen Transporter (T5, T6, T6.1)
The most popular campervan base in the UK. The Transporter’s compact size makes every centimetre count, so furniture that’s cut to fit — swivel seats, a tight galley kitchen, a rock-and-roll bed and clever storage — is what turns it into a genuinely usable camper. We’re building kits designed around the T5, T6 and T6.1 layout.
Ford Transit Custom
A hugely popular medium van and a strong campervan base with a bit more room than a Transporter. Furniture cut to the Transit Custom’s dimensions makes the most of that extra space without wasting any of it — a proper kitchen, a fold or fixed bed, and storage that fits the van’s shape.
Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer & Citroën Relay
Mechanically the same van under three badges, and the workhorse of larger UK conversions. The Ducato platform’s boxy, upright shape is ideal for a full fixed-bed build with a proper kitchen, washroom and standing room. Kits designed for this platform suit anyone building a van to live in for longer stretches.
Mercedes Sprinter
A premium large-van base popular with full-time and high-spec conversions. The Sprinter’s length and height give you room for an ambitious layout, and furniture cut to its exact dimensions keeps a big build looking clean and considered rather than pieced together.
Volkswagen Crafter & MAN TGE
VW’s large van (shared with the MAN TGE) is a popular alternative to the Sprinter for bigger builds. Its generous interior suits full conversions with a fixed bed, full kitchen and washroom, and it takes model-specific furniture well.
Renault Master, Vauxhall Movano & Nissan Interstar
Another shared platform across three badges, and a good-value large-van base for a spacious conversion. Furniture designed to the Master platform’s dimensions makes the most of its length and height for a full live-in build.
Not sure which kit suits your van?
Wheelbase and roof height matter as much as the model — a short-wheelbase, standard-roof van is a very different space to a long-wheelbase, high-roof version of the same vehicle. When you register your interest, tell us the exact model, wheelbase and roof height, and we’ll be able to point you at the right kit when the range launches. If you’d rather have the whole thing designed and fitted, we also build full campervan conversions and partial conversions at the workshop.

Do you have a kit for my van?
We’re building kits for the most popular UK conversion vans first — the VW Transporter, Ford Transit Custom, Fiat Ducato platform, Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter and Renault Master platform. If your van isn’t listed, register your interest and tell us the model; the more requests we get for a van, the sooner we’ll add it.
Does wheelbase and roof height matter?
Yes, a lot. The same model in a different wheelbase or roof height is effectively a different interior — different length, different standing room. When you register interest, tell us the exact spec so we can match you to the right kit.
What if my van is an older model?
Many vans changed little between generations, so a kit designed for a current model often suits an older one closely. Tell us the year and model when you register and we’ll let you know how well it matches.
Can you design furniture for a van not on the list?
Over time, yes — the range will grow based on demand. In the meantime, if you want furniture for a van we don’t yet cover, our full and partial conversion services can build to your specific vehicle at the workshop.
