We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from WeConvert.co.uk. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period):

  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.  
  • To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You are then responsible for returning the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

2. Returning Unwanted Items:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process a refund within 3 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Returning Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • We will ask you to provide details of the fault or damage, and may request photos or videos.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault and product availability.
  • If the item is faulty on arrival, we will cover the return postage costs.
  • All goods must be inspected on arrival, and damage reported within a reasonable time frame.

4. How to Return an Item:

  • Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a return.
  • We will provide you with a returns authorisation number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Please package the item securely and include the RMA with your return.
  • Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:
    • Items that have been custom-made or modified to your specifications.
    • Consumable items that have been opened or used, unless faulty.
    • Items that due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

6. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Delivery costs will only be refunded if the items are faulty or damaged.
