1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period):

- To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You are then responsible for returning the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
2. Returning Unwanted Items:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process a refund within 3 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Returning Faulty or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- We will ask you to provide details of the fault or damage, and may request photos or videos.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault and product availability.
- If the item is faulty on arrival, we will cover the return postage costs.
- All goods must be inspected on arrival, and damage reported within a reasonable time frame.
4. How to Return an Item:

- We will provide you with a returns authorisation number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Please package the item securely and include the RMA with your return.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
5. Non-Returnable Items:

- Consumable items that have been opened or used, unless faulty.
